Manifestation is an inside job

Your thoughts and actions are a mirror for your subconscious beliefs and programming.

The external world is just a reflection of your internal world.

As a human it's impossible to be in flow 100% of the time. We didn't come here for that. I also think we didn't come here to completely forget our divine nature, we came here to remember it.

Whether we are aware of it or not, we are manifesting all of the time. We manifest our experiences and the people and situations that we encounter on a daily basis.

There is some caveat of course. I don't believe that I manifested either of my dads passing away. I don’t believe you manifested or brought in trauma a lot of the time, and you NEVER-EVER 'deserve it' even we sometimes have our own role in certain areas.

My trauma did give me certain subconscious programming (belief systems) that manifested outer situations that mirrored them. So I would play out similar scenarios over and over like I was on loop.

Once I realized situations were repeating, and I was miserable, I recognized that I was the common denominator and maybe if I shifted my beliefs, things would be different.

My life is the uncovering of beliefs & rewiring of them to make them work for me instead of against me.

We can't think our way into change, we must program ourselves into it. The inner always has to come before the outer, and believe it or not, our thoughts are actually an outer manifestation of what our internal environment is. They are a bridge between the non-physical & the physical.

Doing the work I do is a lifelong journey but I've already had so many changes in my life even though there will always be more areas of growth.

The point is not to be perfect, but to be an active participator in your life, and the first step is taking responsibility and realizing this is where your power lies.

I have been actively working on myself for over ten years now and one of the first realizations I came to was that the thoughts in my head, and the emotions I feel are not always true. So I then start
